By downloading, installing, or using Ventilate ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Ventilate is a breathing exercise application that provides guided breathing techniques for relaxation, focus, and general wellness. The App offers visual and audio cues to help users practice various breathing patterns.
Not Medical Advice
Ventilate is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
The breathing exercises provided are for general wellness purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. If you have any health concerns or conditions, consult a healthcare professional before using breathing exercises.
If you experience dizziness, shortness of breath, or any discomfort while using the App, stop immediately and consult a medical professional if symptoms persist.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App at your own risk
- Not use the App while driving or operating machinery
- Stop using the App if you feel unwell
- Not rely on the App as a substitute for medical treatment
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ventilate and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventilate and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Any health effects from using breathing exercises
- Any errors or omissions in the App's content
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Changes to the App
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ventilate operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
